Day 41 - Seeing Stars

Ball Hockey, the bane of my life or the joy of it. I really can't decide.

Due to many factors I haven't been playing for a while and have recently felt the need to step down as the chairman of the NE Dekstars due to the fact that my spare time is much more limited. However, the wife is still very much interested in playing, and if I'm honest she probably needs it. It gives her something to take her mind off things.

Anyway I've been kind of involved with the set up of the dekstars website and for a while its just carried the ugly mug of a certain Ali Cree (I love him really). So today I headed down to Gateshead with all my studio stuff in tow and set about getting some shots for the front page of the website.

I have finally bought a roll of background paper, and dear lord does it make things easier. I'm quite pleased with how the website is looking, although it still has a long way to go, if you want a neb pop over to www.nedekstars.co.uk to have a look.

So in finishing I have made a little player montage for the facebook page for the Dekstars and that is today's image.

If you have never played Dek Hockey before, get down to Gateshead next weekend where the Dekstars host the UK's biggest tournament. The Fantastic Fours (sponsored by me) is a fast frenetic tournament with short games played on a small court. Its on from 12 till 5 on Saturday and 9-3 on Sunday.

Hope to see you there.

Paul
