Day 186 Plodging

Today has been a pretty good day, slightly disappointing weather on the golf course but the cooler conditions probably helped with the scoring. A solid if unspectacular 94, with 2 or 3 highlight shots and 1 or 2 nightmare holes.

After Erin had finished school we went for a nice family stroll down to the beach and all had a little plodge in the sea. I managed to include an ice cream in my calorie controlled diet for today too which was a mega bonus.

Another quick image that shows how nice it was, only thing wrong was the temperature of the sea!
