Today upon our arrival we were greeted by the sound of bagpipes. Not everyones cup of tea, but this was a full pipe band and highland dancers. It added to the whole experience of being in a Scottish Castle, that was until we found out the excellent highland band were from Canada... Yes you read that right. They are currently touring Scotland and they are the only group of pipers that have been allowed to play inside Stirling Castle in the last 60 years (allegedly).
As the weather turned we headed home for a relaxing afternoon.
